Some new paintings I started up at the end of last year.  I call this series “Amorfa”, a place of amorphous shapes and figures in a dreamland of vapor. Click on image to view series.

This series came from a study using text initially and manipulating it to form these abstract graphic representations. Click on the image to see the entire series.

I started these illustrations combined with photographs 10 years ago.   Recently I’ve started them up again which also became a series of “Linemen” done on my iPhone as well as in Illustrator.  Click the image below to view the series.

Trans is a video exploring other personas morphed to myself.  These “transformetions” were collected originally in Snapchat from posts on Instagram (@jabbati).   It’s a study of augmenting my reality with the outside world and creating a new narrative by rendering myself new to the world.

“DRAG SFO” was a video I made to go along with my art exhibit “LARGER THAN LIFE” at Strut. It is a compilation of photos and video clips from the San Francisco drag scene from November 2016 to February 2017 with performances from local drag queens.  Click image to view video.
